Zara Wong will be presenting on the panel for the Trusts and Estates Law Legislative and Case Law Update at the Ontario Bar Association’s Institute “Serving the Family” event on Wednesday February 2, 2022. This will be an important update on recent decisions and changes in the law of trusts and estates.
Zara Wong will be co-chairing the upcoming Ontario Bar Association professional development program, Wills and Estates Planning: A Primer, on October 29, 2020. This program will discuss the fundamentals and practical tools of drafting wills and powers of attorney and key issues in estate planning with a stellar panel of experts in the field.
The program is being co-hosted by the OBA’s Young Lawyer’s Division (Central) and Trusts and Estates Law sections. Zara is a member-at-large on this year’s YLD Central executive.
