Colleen is a lawyer at Casey & Moss, where she has practiced exclusively in the area of estates and trusts since her call to the bar. She represents clients in will challenges, guardianship applications, power of attorney disputes, dependant support claims, and other complex estate and trust matters. Colleen is committed to guiding clients through these complicated and often emotional situations and works closely with families, beneficiaries, and fiduciaries to find outcomes that are fair and practical.

During law school, Colleen was heavily involved with the Queen’s Elder Law Clinic, a community clinic offering free legal services to older adults in Kingston and the surrounding area. There, she assisted clients with preparing their wills and powers of attorney and delivered educational seminars on related topics to the public. Colleen first joined as a student caseworker, before being selected as a student leader to mentor fellow law students. This experience provided Colleen with a strong foundation in client services, which she continues to bring to her estate litigation practice.

Outside the office, Colleen can usually be found in the kitchen testing out a new baking recipe or eyeing up a Scrabble board in search of her next tripleword score. She also loves exploring Toronto’s food scene and treats finding hidden gems as her favorite weekend pastime.
