Angelique Moss will be speaking at the 2019 Litigators Passport Series on Proving a Will in Solemn Form. More than just a formality or a term of art, proving a Will in solemn form is a process with practical and historical importance for estate litigators.
We’re thrilled to announce that Laura and Angelique have both been elected by their peers to the executive committees of the Ontario Bar Association. Laura has been elected as a member-at-large of the Estates and Trusts Section and the Young Lawyers Division, and Angelique has been elected as a member-at-large of the Estates and Trusts Section and the Elder Law Section. Laura and Angelique will play a role in developing programming and encouraging the participation of the members of the Ontario Bar Association.
Angelique Moss has been invited to give an “encore” presentation at the Essential Evidence Series for Estate Litigators program of the Ontario Bar Association, to be held on June 6 in Toronto from 5:30 – 8:30 pm. More information about the program can be found here.
